These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User") and ku914 ("the Platform", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the ku914.pro website, all associated games, sports betting markets, promotional offers, payment services and any other features made available through the platform. These Terms are to be read alongside the ku914 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

• You must be registering as an individual in your own name, for your own personal, non-commercial use. Corporate accounts and accounts opened on behalf of third parties are not permitted.
• You must not already hold an active or suspended account with ku914. Each player is permitted exactly one ku914 account at any given time.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of services on ku914, you must register an account. During registration you will be required to provide accurate and complete personal information. ku914 applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to confirm the identity of all account holders. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawals and bonus claims.

• You must provide your legal full name, date of birth, registered mobile number and a valid email address during account registration. All details must be accurate and kept up to date.
• KYC verification may require submission of a government-issued photo identification document (e.g. National ID card, passport) and proof of address. Documents must be clear, legible and unaltered.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

ku914 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and select local bank transfer services. All financial transactions are subject to the transaction limits, processing times and verification requirements described below. ku914 does not accept cash deposits or deposits from third-party payment sources not registered in the Player's name.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum daily withdrawal limits apply and may vary based on account verification status and VIP tier.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. ku914 does not transfer winnings to a different wallet or bank account for anti-money-laundering compliance reasons.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes for mobile wallet withdrawals during normal operating hours. Processing times may be extended during peak periods, maintenance windows or where additional verification is required.
• KYC verification must be completed before a Player's first withdrawal is processed. Players who have not completed KYC may deposit and play but will be unable to withdraw funds until verification is approved.
• ku914 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 days may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses are subject to the terms set out in this section and to any additional promotional-specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented.

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be satisfied before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per household, IP address and payment method unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise. Systematic exploitation of multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses constitutes abuse and will result in cancellation of all bonuses and closure of related accounts.

6. Betting Rules

• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the ku914 platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player. Bets are binding from the moment of acceptance.
• In the event of a technical error, system malfunction or data feed interruption that results in incorrectly displayed odds or market outcomes, ku914 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant accounts.

• Live in-play betting markets are subject to suspension at any time at ku914's discretion, including during match incidents, reviews or data delays. Bets accepted before a suspension are honoured subject to official result confirmation.

7. Responsible Gaming

ku914 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. Gambling should be an enjoyable leisure activity. If gambling ceases to be entertainment and starts to negatively affect a Player's finances, relationships or mental health, ku914 strongly encourages the Player to make use of the responsible gaming tools available on the platform and to seek professional help.

• Players may set deposit limits, loss limits and session time limits from within their account settings. These limits take effect immediately upon request and cannot be increased for a minimum cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Players may request a temporary time-out of 24 hours, 48 hours, one week or one month. During a time-out period the Player's account is suspended and no deposits, bets or bonus claims may be made.
• Players who wish to permanently exclude themselves from ku914 may submit a self-exclusion request to [email protected]. Self-exclusion is permanent and irrevocable for a minimum period of six months. ku914 will close the account, cancel pending withdrawals subject to standard processing, and take reasonable steps to prevent the creation of new accounts by the same individual.
• ku914 is a 21+ platform. Any account found to be held by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and all funds forfeited, regardless of the source of those funds.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ku914 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities.

• Opening more than one account (either directly or through a connected person) for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, navigate the platform or exploit game mechanics in a manner not available to standard human users.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion with other players, arbitrage betting strategies designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome, or any other form of cheating or manipulation of betting markets.
• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any transaction that constitutes a criminal offence under applicable law. ku914 cooperates fully with law enforcement and financial intelligence requests.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or in any communication with ku914 support.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on ku914.pro — including but not limited to software, game engines, logos, trademarks, text, graphics, images, audio, video, and the overall look and feel of the platform — is the property of ku914 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. Reproducing, distributing, modifying, publicly displaying or creating derivative works from any ku914 content without prior written authorisation is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ku914 excludes all warranties, representations and conditions, whether express or implied, relating to the platform and its content. ku914's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• ku914 is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, interruption of service, or any indirect, consequential or incidental damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, even if ku914 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• ku914 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, security updates and unforeseen technical issues may result in temporary unavailability. ku914 will endeavour to minimise disruption and to communicate planned maintenance in advance.
• ku914 is not responsible for any telecommunications, internet or device failures that prevent a Player from accessing the platform or that result in bets being lost, delayed or incorrectly processed due to connectivity issues on the Player's end.

11. Privacy

12. Amendments to These Terms

Continued use of the platform after the revised Terms have been posted constitutes the Player's acceptance of the new Terms.

Outstanding balances at the time of account closure will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures, subject to KYC completion.

13. Governing Law and Disputes
